ISO 6263:2013: Hydraulic fluid power – Compensated flow-control valves – Mounting surfaces. This International Standard specifies the dimensions and other data relating to surfaces on which hydraulic compensated flow-control valves are mounted in order to ensure interchangeability.
       It applies to mounting surfaces for hydraulic compensated flow-control valves which represent current practice; they are generally applicable to industrial equipment.

ISO/TS 17165-2:2013: Hydraulic fluid power – Hose assemblies – Part 2: Practices for hydraulic hose assemblies. This part of ISO 17165 provides guidelines for selection, routing, fabrication, installation, replacement, maintenance and storage of hose and hose assemblies for hydraulic fluid power systems, which are manufactured from hoses conforming to ISO 1436, ISO 3862, ISO 3949, ISO 4079 and ISO 11237, and hose fittings conforming to ISO 12151-1 to ISO 12151-6.
     NOTE 1 - Many of these practices also can be suitable for use with other types of hoses and systems.
     NOTE 2 - Annex A lists examples of actual failure resulting from improper use of hydraulic hose and hose
     assemblies.

ISO 6195:2013: Fluid power systems and components — Cylinder rod wiper ring housings in reciprocating applications — Dimensions and tolerances. This International Standard specifies dimensions and tolerances of housings for wiper rings used in reciprocating rod applications for fluid power cylinders. The range of rod diameters is from 4 mm to 360 mm. This International Standard is applicable to five housing designs, types A through E. These housing designs are intended for use with the wiper rings according to Figure 1. This International Standard does not otherwise specify the style, configurations, materials or performance ratings for the wiper ring.

ISO 7790:2013: Hydraulic fluid power – Four-port modular stack valves and four-port directional control valves, sizes 02, 03, 05, 07, 08 and 10 – Clamping dimensions.This International Standard specifies clamping dimensions of four-port modular stack valves and four-port directional control valves, sizes 02, 03, 05,07,08 and 10, on mounting surfaces. The dimensions and sizes conform to ISO 4401 so as to ensure interchangeability of these valves and to reduce the number of fixing devices to be used.
      It applies to clamping dimensions of four-port modular stack valves and four-port directional control valves which represent current practice. They are generally applicable to industrial equipment.

ISO 10770-2:2012: Hydraulic fluid power  – Electrically modulated hydraulic control valves  – Part 2: Test methods for three-port directional flow control valves [second edition]. This part of ISO 10770 describes methods for determining the performance characteristics of electrically modulated hydraulic three-port directional flow control valves.
     This type of electrohydraulic valve controls the direction and amount of hydraulic flow in a hydraulic system.

ISO 6162-1:2012: Hydraulic fluid power – Flange connections with split or one-piece flange clamps and metric or inch screws – Part 1: Flange connectors, ports and mounting surfaces for use at pressures of 3,5 MPa (35 bar) to 35 MPa (350 bar, DN 13 to DN 127 [second edition]. This part of ISO 6162 gives complete general and dimensional specifications for flange heads, split flange clamps (FCS and FCSM), one-piece flange clamps (FC and FCM), ports and mounting surfaces applicable to four-screw, split and one-piece flange clamp type tube connectors and hose fittings for use at pressures of 3,5 MPa (35 bar) to 35 MPa (350 bar). It also specifies the dimensions of the seals to be used, as well as the grooves that house the seals.
     This part of ISO 6162 also recognizes the need to accommodate metric (type 1) screw fasteners, as well as to provide a means to use existing inch (type 2) screw fasteners.
     These connections are intended for application in hydraulic systems on industrial and commercial products where it is desired to avoid the use of threaded connectors.
     Surges of pressure higher than the nominal ratings will reduce the ability of the flange connections to retain the hydraulic fluid. This should be taken into account in the design of the hydraulic system.

This part of ISO 6162 gives complete general and dimensional specifications for flange heads, split flange clamps (FCS), one-piece flange clamps (FC) and ports applicable to four-screw, split and one-piece flange clamp type tube and hose connectors for use at 40 MPa (400 bar). It also specifies the dimensions of the seals to be used, as well as the grooves to house the seal.
     This part of ISO 6162 also recognizes the need to accommodate metric (type 1) screw fasteners (for DN 13 to DN 76), as well as to provide a means to use existing inch (type 2) screw fasteners (for DN 13 to DN 51).
     These connectors are intended for application in hydraulic systems on industrial and commercial products where it is desired to avoid the use of threaded connectors.

ISO 1219-2:2012: Fluid power systems and components - Graphical symbols and circuit diagrams - Part 2: Circuit diagrams. This part of ISO 1219 establishes the main rules for drawing hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams using graphical symbols drawn in accordance with ISO 1219-1. It also applies to circuit diagrams relating to systems relating to cooling systems, lubrication systems and systems of technical gases used in conjunction with fluid power applications. This part of ISO 1219 also includes examples of circuit diagrams.

ISO 1219-2 lays down the rules for creating circuit diagrams for fluid power systems. Circuit diagrams facilitate understanding of the design and description of a system so that confusion and error can be avoided during planning, manufacturing, installation and maintenance.

ISO 6953-3:2012: Pneumatic fluid power — Compressed air pressure regulators and filter regulators — Part 3: Alternative test methods for measuring the flow rate characteristics of pressure regulators. This part of ISO 6953 specifies alternative test methods for determining the flow-rate characteristics of pneumatic fluid power components that can be applied when: - the pressure regulation dynamics of a component under test are rapid enough to be negligible, compared to the response of pressure changes during charge and discharge tests; - the pressure response does not show any overshoot or any oscillating behavior. This part of 6953 applies to the following components: - compressed air pressure regulators and filter-regulators according to ISO 6953-1; - electro-pneumatic pressure control valves according to ISO 10094; - other components such as relief valves. The standard does not cover pressure regulation characteristics, which are dealt with in ISO 6953-2.

ISO 16589-2:2011: Rotary shaft lip-type seals incorporating thermoplastic sealing elements – Part 2: Vocabulary [second edition]. ISO 16589 describes seals utilizing sealing elements manufactured from suitably formulated compounds, based on thermoplastic materials, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). They are considered suitable for use under low pressure conditions. This part of ISO 16589 establishes the appropriate vocabulary, where the terms and definitions given in ISO 5598 apply.

ISO/TR 15640:2011: Hydraulic fluid power contamination control – General principles and guidelines for selection and application of hydraulic filters. This Technical Report is applicable to contamination control principles for hydraulic fluid power systems and includes guidelines for the selection and application of hydraulic filters. Although control of non-particulate contamination, e.g. air, water and chemicals, is important, and is briefly discussed, the primary focus of this Technical Report is the control of particulate contamination and the selection and application of filters for that function.

ISO 15524:2011: Pneumatic fluid power – Cylinders – Single-rod short-stroke cylinders, 1 000 kPa (10 bar) series, bores from 20 mm to 100 mm. This International Standard establishes a metric series of single-rod pneumatic short-stroke cylinders with bores from 20 mm to 100 mm (inclusive) for use of at maximum working pressure of 1 000 kPa [10 bar1)] with and without magnetic function. They are not equipped with adjustable cushioning, so their application is restricted to those systems where adjustable cushioning is not required.

This International Standard specifies information on the nominal outside diameters of rigid or semi-rigid tubing and nominal hose sizes to be used with hydraulic and pneumatic fluid power connectors and associated components: a) nominal outside diameters for rigid or semi-rigid tubes, irrespective of material composition, used in fluid power; and  b) a list of nominal sizes for hoses made of rubber or plastic used in fluid power.
