Sponsorship Package Element Descriptions

NFPA Event Recognition

Sponsor logo will be present on NFPA.com home page, event presentation slides, a shared sign and receive verbal recognition from the podium (when applicable) for IEOC and Annual Conference

Sponsor will also have the opportunity to place literature and small giveaways on a table near registration.
Exclusive Event Sponsorship Sponsor will have a choice of one (1) premium event to sponsor at each IEOC and Annual Conference. These items could include receptions, introductions of speakers, Wi Fi passwords as well as breakfasts and lunches.
Shared Event Sponsorship Sponsor will have a choice of one event to sponsor shared with one or more other silver sponsors at each IEOC and Annual Conference. These items could include breakfasts, lunches, and coffee breaks.
Premium Placement of Logo on NFPA News

Sponsor will receive a linked "clickable" logo featured at the bottom of the NFPA eNewsletter.

In addition, each week one Gold Sponsor will be featured prominently on that week’s newsletter, with the frequency of recognition dictated by a sequential rotation through the eligible number of sponsors.
Activated Logo on NFPA News Sponsor will receive a linked "clickable" logo featured at the bottom of the NFPA eNewsletter.
One Free IEOC or Annual Conference Registration Sponsor also will receive one free individual IEOC Registration and/or Annual Conference registration as determined by sponsorship level.
Fluid Forum Podcast Sponsorship Sponsor’s name will be recognized by the host near the beginning of the podcast accompanied by no more than 25 words promoting the sponsor, with a link to the sponsor’s designated website in the episode’s show notes. Fluid Power Forum posts a new episode every other week, 26 times a year.
