PRIVACY POLICY
The National Fluid Power Association (NFPA) respects your privacy and wants to provide you with the most relevant information on the fluid power industry and NFPA’s products and services.
We want you to know how we use and protect the information you provide to us. The information below summarizes our policy and practices.
Mailing Lists
Information voluntarily disclosed to NFPA either online or in writing through order forms, meeting registration forms, survey response forms, and relevant e-mails is added to the NFPA membership database to enable the processing of the order or registration or for the appropriate response. This information is usually the name, address and item purchased, meeting attended or topic of interest.
We use that information to keep you informed about the event you’ve registered for or the product you’ve ordered; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check that our records are right and periodically monitor your satisfaction with NFPA. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other businesses.
We use third-party providers to deliver some of our email communications. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standards to help us monitor and improve our communications.
You may opt out of receiving additional communications from NFPA by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our email communications or by e-mailing membership@nfpa.com to have your name removed from our lists.
NFPA takes appropriate measures to ensure the privacy of member records and to protect them from loss, misuse or alteration.

We do not make, and we do not allow third-party services to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our websites.
